Welcome to Polish USA Parties! We are a company that promotes parties from different organizers and occasionally hosts our own events. By accessing or attending any event organized or promoted by us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

• Limited Re-entry/Ins & Outs: Re-entry is limited or not permitted at certain events. Once you enter the venue, you may not be allowed to leave and re-enter. Please check with event staff for specific policies.
• No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any tickets purchased. Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing. Unless of cancelation of the event.
• No Sitting on Designated Dance Floor Areas: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, seating is not permitted in designated dance floor areas. Please use designated seating areas.
• No Unauthorized/Unlicensed Vendors: Only approved and licensed vendors are permitted at our events. Unauthorized vendors will be removed from the premises.
• No Unauthorized Solicitations: The distribution of handbills, sampling, giveaways, or any other type of solicitation is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by Polish USA Parties. Any unauthorized activity will result in removal from the event.

• The age requirement to attend our events varies depending on the event type and venue. Specific age restrictions will be listed on event details or ticketing pages.
• It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to comply with age restrictions. If you are underage for an event, you may be denied entry without refund.

• By attending our events, you agree to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and performers.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event who is intoxicated, disruptive, or not complying with event rules.
• Please refrain from engaging in any illegal activities while attending our events.2

• You acknowledge that attending an event involves inherent risks, and by attending, you agree to assume all risks associated with attending and participating in such events.
• Polish USA Parties is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property while attending any event.

• By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes by Polish USA Parties and its affiliates.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff immediately.

• Tickets are required for admission to all events. Event access is granted only to valid ticket holders.
• Event tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold unless explicitly stated.
• Tickets might be sold at the door of the event depending on which event it is.

• Polish USA Parties reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services or attendance at events constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
